O Over the Edge 1999 foi a segunda e última edição do pay-per-view Over the Edge, produzido pela World Wrestling Federation. Ocorreu em 23 de maio de 1999 no Kemper Arena na cidade de Kansas City, Missouri. O evento ficou marcado pelo acidente que levou a morte de Owen Hart que caiu ao fazer sua entrada no ringue de uma altura de 21 metros[2]. A WWF foi muito criticada por não ter interrompido o evento após o acidente.
